Happy Valley Developers Bangalore
Happy Valley Developers are total cheats

Real Estate

This is about the builders who have "developed" Happy Valley in Uttarahalli Bangalore. Happy Valley Developers are big time cheaters. The owners are the Baldotas. Madan Baldota, Piyush Baldota, and Siddarth Baldota. They are third rate crooks. They have already cheated hundreds of people who bought sites from them. They promised all colorful amenities when they sold the sites and most of what they promised, they have not delivered. For example, they promised 24 hours water, while the residents still struggle to get water. They are advised to get tankers by themselves.

They promised to build a clubhouse, and they have still not even initiated... This is after seven years of selling the sites. Initially they said the land on which the club house will be built to belong to the owners association, now they are saying they won't register it to the owners association.. They are even refusing to cooperate in formation of the legal owners association. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY from them.

Now they are trying to build Apartments. Buyers are advised to keep completely away from these cheats. Do not buy. They are plenty of good developers and builders around Uttarahalli. For more information, talk to the residents in the current layout. Some of them may hesitate slightly to tell you the real facts, but you can make out.
