Delay in construction and rude unprofessional stafff

I book a flat in Haware Estate Thane in 2008 and I am yet to receive the possession of the flat... I was promised that flat would be available on 15th August.

It’s been 3 years I am paying exorbitant rent for an apartment and super high EMI.

Following are important points I would like to bring notice of everyone

1. Haware builder staff is bunch of unprofessional lads, who does not know how to communicate with the customer. Every time I send an email asking updates on flat construction they send me same drafted reply which tells the current rate of the flat – they assume I am new buyer, and pay no heed to what I wrote in an email

2. Their construction pace is very slow, whenever I visit construction site we find workers sitting chatting with each other, and the site engineer would be away somewhere…

3. And you need to run pillar to post to get the possession date, its like govt office, they literally send you from one table to another…and top of that they are rude at times.

4. Higher management is not bothered at all …and it’s just mess all over

My BIG NO to HAWARE ….don ‘t buy a property in with them…its horrible experience
