Investing in Haware’s Project (Centurion) is miserable!!! Investors be alert!

The biggest mistake in life that I bought shop in Haware’s Centurion Nerul Project.

While purchasing shop it was agreed that the price is lump sum inclusive of all the charges.

While purchasing we were promised that, we will be given water connection in the shop.

At the time final payment we asked for water connection etc., they promised that everything will be done after payment.

We made our final payment, after passing one month they started claiming additional amount Rs. 75, 000/- as water & electricity connection charges where as price was inclusive of water and electricity.

Instead of going into legal hassle we negotiated amount to up to 40%. We ask how about water connection? They said everything is ready! Upon our visit we found that there is no water connection & person in-charge there said there will not be water in the shop and there are about 20 shops without water connection! The shops are mainly meant for food court. How there could be food court without water?

We are making all our efforts with them but they are sending us from one person to another person like government offices and also not answering our phone.

Thus, its regretfully I must say that investing in Haware’s is biggest mistake that anyone would make & would be miserable!
