We have purchased a flat seeing a sample flat.

Final finished product doesn't match close to sample flat..

Completely shoddy work, No Amenities provided, Poor Construction.

Every room has got a leakage..

The Builder has fraudulently registered our society by fooling few flat owners & handed over the building without any notice/circular..

Construction quality is so poor, i guess building wont last for more than 25 years..

Amenities like swimming pool, club house are still not available & whenever society has made a complaint, They have same line

" we'll do it"

but it has never happened..

Over & above this, Mall opposite these buildings is a CURSE..

Heavy machinery & cooling plant on terrace make huge noise & also pollute air..

Same is provided to the flat owners a gift from builder for life time..

Because of the builder, Property tax / Maintenance of individual flat is huge.. Middle class people are suffering severely..

I suggest all new prospectus to be very careful, before investing into any new venture of their...

Day in day out i'm cursing myself why did I buy a house in 'DREAMS'

Once again i forewarn all people to be very cautious while having any deals with them..
