Respected sir,

This is kapil gupta. I want to complaint against the chittosho motors from where on 7 Dec I bought karizma ZMR & ON 8 Dec I complained to them that silencer is not working properly & they said that they will look over & will change it on 1st service & on 1 st service i .e. on 31st jan they said silencer is not available & will change after 15 days but its 7th MAY today & till now i have not got any response from them & they don't even answer the calls..kindly please help and give some suggestions.
