NO Progress

Dear Sir,

I hope some may hear and get noticed to the grievances not only from me but to look at the serious irregularities which have been taking shape with unknown intentions from the Key members of the Himgiri Housing society., Am known to very few members in Delhi, who are literally talking to each other but trust, the executive members of Himgiri Housing Society (Registered under Greater Noida Authority) run by hand full people on the top now either are ailing due to OLD age issues or hiding from Pillar to Post but not answerable towards the allotment of plots, financial matters, allotment procedures, High court verdict and we are hearing different stories either from Mr Chandolla, or Mr Tiwari both are presently located in Delhi and no one is seriously accountable to the registered socity members for what so ever reasons.

A request to Society members to come forward and take charge to the current status rather than only talking to each other and not approaching the key members. In subsequent to my last complaint lodged by me, i have not received any attention either from Greater Noida authority or the Society Executive members to resolve the subject matter.

Understood, Petition was in the high court Lucknow now followed by President of Society but no head way and solutions is offered to the members who have invested their hard earned money to the society sometimes starting in the year 1990 onwards.

Hope to see good change in the attitude and result to the issue from the society attitude, which is indefinite deferred by the society organizers without showing senstivity & transparency to their future plans, financials matters, allotment process, current status of the society premises and to feel responsible to apprise the actual status to members of the society.
