Hiranandani Upscale Chennai Flat
Cracks on marble flooring

I have booked a flat in Hiranandani Upscale, chennai around Four and half years back. I have paid already 40 lakhs by Dec. They informed me in May the flat is ready for possession. When I visited the flat to inspect I found around 30 cracks on the Italian Marble flooring. They are saying this marble cannot be crack free. They are agreeing to replace only 2 or 3 pieces of marble. I want the entire flooring to be redone as there are 30 cracks. And if they replace only the cracked tiles it will not match the colour and grain.

Can anybody help me how to tackle this case.

Is there any body having the same problem as me.
