We purchase the above plot refer vide agreement on dated 25.06.2010 & sale Deed executed on 17th August But that plot is comes under 200 ft road vide Gazette notification No 474 dated 08.04.2010.

Therefore we are requesting you to cancel the sale deed & refund our INR 13, 65, 000/= (Thirteen Lac Sixty Five Thousand Only).
