Sub: Registration of a sub-plot under Kunja Bihar Annex Project against Lucky No- Anx-546.

Under the above scheme, a housing sub-plot of an area 2000 Sq Ft (50x40) at the site under the name and style of “ KUNJA BIHAR ANNEX PLOTTED SCHEME” under the revenue village/mouza Uttarmunda Muhan, Sathuakera, Gopalpur, Santrapur was booked at outright cost of Rs 1, 50, 000/- only and an agreement was made on 03/02. The period of the scheme was 12 months. I have already deposited the entire cost of the sub-plot.

In the mean time, 6 years have passed, but no sub-plot has been registered against my name. The company assured for registration and possession by end of Feb-06 vide letter No. RC/109/05 Dt. 19/12/05. But no action has been taken from their end. When I reminded on 25/06/06, they informed that the development work at site was going on and expected to be finished by end of Jan-07 vide letter No. RC/242/06 Dt. 05/12/06. Again nothing was done.

Thereafter, I reminded 3 times in writing the executive director. Lastly, I approached to the customer care department, Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar in the month of Aug-08 and made an application (Sl No 37) for registration of the plot and I was assured that I would get the plot registered in December-08. When I reached in Dec-08, the customer care people told that in Feb-09 the plot will be registered positively. Again I met them in Feb-09 and same thing happened. This time the customer care people said there was no plot developed and it would be late. Then I contacted to E.D. on phone. He told that by the end of Sept-09, some sub-plots might come up and I have to wait.

Till date the estate company remains silence. I have made an online complaint through this web on 03.01. but nobody listened to me.

Again, my request is for registering the sub-plot.
