Now a days a company by name Home Buyer Combine is making rounds in city saying they help people buy cheaper home through Group buying approach.

In reality, this was a initiative started 3 years back to create a housing project by forming a group of interested people using Yahoo group however that idea was some how some side tracked and Nitin Degaonkar, the person who started this went ahead and formed his own firm to act as property agent by posing it as group buying initiative.

The original project which was supposed to give benefit to group had never started and so their claim of 200 people taking advantage is complete bogus. I had deposited around 7 lakhs to Javdekar builder as they and Nitin D assured group that the land is ready and work can be started and they still don't have land even after 1 year of receiving money. There are people who took personal loan to pay this amount and now they are being cheated. Nitin is showing as it is group initiative but in reality he is charging 20K for this and that money is going in his own pocket. He is the only owner of HBC. So please be careful.
