Sir,
My friends and i were stayed in a house. We are working in a software company. We rented a house in chennai oct.we have vacated on 5th dec. We paid 60, 000 rupees as advance. The landlord deducted 37000 and returned only 23000 rupees. We made an agreement which had the details of rent amount and agreement amount. We need justice. Landlord took 19500 only for whitewah and 6500 for cleaning. Please help us.
