Non-closing House Building Loan A/c. No.11044461153

Sir,

Inspite of full repayment of my House Building Loan A/c. No.11044461153, the concern Middleton Row Branch, SBI Kolkata could not able to close my the said loan account. Accordingly I am not getting back all the documents motgaged in original like deed, approved plan..etc. I am being harassed by the Branch of SBI by last three months. To get help I communicate the "UNHAPPY ROOM" of SBI by sending sms four times as detailed below, but no result is received till today.

1. 1st sms date : 11.11. SBI's Index No. BEN-28813

2. 2nd sms date : 23.11. SBI's Index No. BEN-29458

3. 3rd sms date : 28.11. SBI's Index No. BEN-29668

4. 4th sms date : 29.11. SBI's Index No. BEN-29690

Kindly help me so that I can get back all the documents motgaged in original like deed, approved plan..etc. as early as possible.
