Contractor misbehaviour, blackmailing, miscommitment and harassment

Dear Sir/Mam

I want to mark complaint against the contractor whom took contract to renovate ground floor of our house in Nand Colony No. 2, Pehowa and construct new premise at first floor of the same house.

I and My family is really disappoint to his behaviour, blackmailing, miscommitment and overbilling.

I request to advice what should I need to do to take the action against him.

Please help us.
