My name R.Misra, R.C # 143764-LLN.237385 Address 140 Mohali Pura Bahraich

Has a grievance report for consumer forum regarding my tenancy as follows

1We are living on rent since Nov at above address.

2..That my land lord does not gives us any receipt of rent which was 2800 inclusive everything and now increased from April 3000/.and also does not allow us to use this high rent as income tax rebate. This is causing us a great loss.

3. That he does not provides us a safe filtered drinking water that is causing us health problems. He supplies us water by a common plastic small tank which is never cleaned.

4. He charges rent all inclusive but do not allow us to use any appliances in to combat winter or heat.

We want justice through Consumer forum.
