Hi Sir,

I reside in a rental home at BTM Layout IInd stage, Bangalore. My complaint is regarding the house rental hike, actually per year there is a rental hike of 5% according to the rental document but the owner of the house are increasing the rent irrespective to whatever was been mentioned in the document. We are suffering alot, if there is any law for rental control, please kindly take the action.
