Increasing in House rent without any specific reason

Dear Sir/ Madam,

House/ Flat/ Other types of property rents are being increased without any control in bangalore city. Govt least bothered about such things. Ultimately middle class people will suffer because of this. What does make the every month or every increase in the rent. Over period of time these owner will be millionairess where as well educated and working professional will be slaves. This could lead the pathetic conditions of working peoples.

Raise in the petrol price never affect the rent in city. And house owner demand for 10 X rent as advance. Which is like black money and heavy burden on the common person.

Govt has to look at the house / fat rent at bangalore and regulate the price and advance. Please look at this issue it will hit badly in future to a common man in bangalore.
