Dear Sir,

I rented a house at “Railway New Colony” in Visakhapatnam on 12th April. The house no is 44-23-13/1 and the owner’s name is Maria Das. I have given Rs.15000 as advance and monthly rent is Rs.4000. But I vacated the house on 29th May since I got my company provided quarter and it was intimated to the owner on 15th May that I will vacate the house by end of June. Then he told me to vacate the house either by end of May or by end of August. So, I vacated it on 29th May as mentioned above. After vacating the house I asked for my money which was given as advance, then he charged Rs.250 per day for the days I stayed at his house. And this rule was not mentioned to me before I gave the advance. So, I asked the owner why u didn’t inform me about this fine before I gave u the advance. Then he told me that he didn’t expect that I will vacate the house so early. And he didn’t at least inform me about this fine when I told him that I will vacate this house by end of June. Later he told me that it’s no need to inform me about this at any time and it’s his wish to fine me the amount he wants. And also he didn’t give me the remaining amount still.
