Brokerage for Extending the Bond

Hi,

I'm working in S/W Company in Pune. My native is TN. One Year back I got a Flat for Rent in PUNE (Bella Vista Impress, Near Datta Mandir, Wakad, Pune-411057). I and my friends took that flat for rent of Rs.1M.And we gave Rs, 1800 for maintanance, brokerage of Rs.10, 000 to that apartment Manager. Our flat owener is in Mumbai. We also put bond for 11 months. Now the bond date was over. Owner asked us to extend the Bond and he said the rent amount was Rs.14, 000/M. This was too high for 1yr. Apart from this, the flat manager asking Rs. 7000 as brokerage for extending the bond for this year. This was the illegal, cheating, fraud, theft things he had doing. In that flat there is no proper security (robbering the diesel, petrol from the vehicles while parking inside the apartment), water problem, no power backup, no proper maintanance, roberring the electricity from the flat for their construction and operating the lift and those things. Please, check this, and take necessary steps to the manager. Don't select this type of cheating Apartment manager. Be careful for those who taking homeor flat for rent in pune. Especially in Wakad, Hinjewadi and near to Phase I and Phase 2.

Pune Government should take care of these activities of managers.
