House Tresspass Issue

This is to bring into your notice that our fully furnished house have been occupied by our tenants. This is K K Raju father of Anoop Raj K, We have given our fully furnished house for rent during May. We have also given an agreement of 11 months. During March we have told the tenant in order to vacat our house, because we have to conduct our sons marraige in Chennai. Inorder to vacat, we gave away the advance amount to him, so that we tought he would vacat the house. But now, till July, the tenant have not yet vacated our house and he did not pay three months rent, also did not pay the latest EB bill. Actually, we only finally paid the EB bill.

We have given a complaint to Nungambakkam Police Station on 8th July morning. During evening Police called us and also the tenants to Police Station for a compromise. But at that time the tenant came and gave a stay order (till 22nd July) to the Inspector and he left the place. So the compromise did not happen and now we are out of the house.

Please understand our bad situation and help us.
