As i 'm S.murugan resided in no76 first main vsr layout, bnaryanapura since from 2007 to recently two months before relocate from there with one month notice but my house owner told we paid less money as advance Rs 50000/- but actually we paid rs 67000/- as advance (Rs 65000/- with Rs 2000 -token advance). He wants to take full money for maintenance, pl suggest me what to do to get back my advance.

As per agreement we 've informed one month before vacate the house, he wants to deduct 45 days advance, atlast we paid rent Rs 9, 500/- .i'm having proof of advance paid and as on date rent paid.
