Delay in Possession

HDIL has given an ad. in May for its housing scheme at Kurla called of Galaxy Apartments, they have committed that they will give possession of flat on or before 31-Dec. but now they are refusing it, & saying that they will give possession after 1 year i.e. 12 months. Why there is a delay in possession by HDIL.

The persons who have booked their flats in A & B wing they have paid 85% of their amount till date, and remaining customers from C to F wing have paid more that 20% of their flat cost.

We have taken housing loal and paid it to HDIL now we are facing the heavy interest from bank and HDIL is enjoying our money. I am announcing to all people to get united and ask for claim from HDIL for delay in possession. Please call me on 9821951233.
