Purchased Deskjet all-in-one Printer F2418 on 15.12.09 from Dwarka New Delhi. The Printer was never able to print or accept color cartridge showing defective cartridge. I complained to HP several times on phone and on webmail but they refused to rectify or replace. Indicate course of Action
