Recovery of Deposit money

BRAI is Real Estate Organization in Bangalore, India. BRAI is affiliated to NAR, USA. I was a tenant to one of the BRAI member (BRAI member id is IC-74-08). When I checked-in, I was asked to pay a refundable deposit amount of Rs 30, 000/-. After staying there for more than 6 months when I checked-out and and asked to return the deposit money, the Land Lord assured me to return it in next 6 months. Unfortunately, it has been more than 16 months and I'm running from pillar to post to get my money back. We are more than 5-6 guys who has been cheated by him. I registered a complaint at the BRAI Grievance Cell, but of no vail. Request you to please ask the BRAI, which is affiliated by you, to request its member to return the deposit money. Thanking you.
