My father bought a flat under contruction by IDEB Pune "Villagio Toscana" for his retirement. He had paid upto 65% USD$200, 000. Now the builders have run away with the money and building not even 30% completed. How do I get my poor father' s money back?? This is a disgrace that in this day and age, India's govt. lets this happen! I will never invest in India again and I thin many other foreigners are feeling the same sentiments.
