Illegal constrcution

Hi Sir,

I am Asha Rani Uppal, resident of House Number E-47, Vishwas Park, near Tar Factory, Rajapuri, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059. Builder Floors are constructed by a builder at House Number E-44, E45 and E-46, Vishwas Park, near Tar Factory, Rajapuri, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059 due to which there are cracks in my house in all the rooms. I spoke to builder, his name is Pankaj Jain, and he said that he is in MCD and started abusing.

Please help me and take necessary action against Pankaj Jain his Mobile No is 9278000121.
