This complaint is regarding a person constructing an illegal house in our area. The address of area is Street no.-7, Parwana road, Old Brij Puri, Delhi-110051. Before i go into any more details hereafter, I would like to mention that i have registered a number of complaints for the same issue before this. The menace doesn't seem to stop as no strong action has been taken against this person as yet and if there has been, then this person has dealt with it quite comfortably. He has a number of stray dogs that he feeds and there are two drains that he has blocked with debris. He has illegally constructed basements and above that two illegal floors. The rains at periodic intervals fill the street with mud and waste. Despite my regular advises to him he has not even felt a single cause for stopping his actions. Along with this he stores illegally commercial products like food grains, artificial vanaspati etc and supplies it in the area. If you can take care of this please let me know or tell me the address of people in authorities who can. As of now, I am ready to do any and go any possible distance for stopping this menace. I am sending this letter to all the possible authorities concerned with this.
