Illegal construction, use of residential area commercially
Illegal construction, commercial work in residential area and the person keeping 5 unvaccunated stray dogs

In my locality, the address is gali no. 7 parwana road, old brij puri, delhi-110051, khureji, a person who goes by the name Lala has been constructing an illegal structure with a basement and two levels above it..he uses the basement and the first level for storing commercial goods that he sells... which include large cans of vanaspati ghee, oil. On top of that he has kept stray dogs that are a regular nuisance... Please help in the matter as urgently as possible... or otherwise well suffer a lot.
