Illegal strcutures leading to Gutter blockagde and hence spread of Mosquitoes

In Bimbisar Nagar, there is a open plot where MHADA is supposedly make a garden, but to our surprise new structures are springing up in the open plot now. One of the structure has made some staircase arrangement inside the open Gutter (Drainage), which has stopped the water flow in the gutter for last 7-8 days (may be for more days). This has created nuisance in the whole area, as clogging of Gutter has led to Mosquito breeding and spread mosquito to a great extent.

Trust BMC will take appropriate action in this regard and help from stopping of Malaria spreading.
