Golden Gate Properties defaulting and dealys

Hi,

I am customer of Golden Gate Properties and I have bought a flat in Golden Grand Project, Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore.

The project is delayed by more than 6 months now and the recent communication from the Developer says it will get completed by Aug.

The rate at which the project is progressing, there is no way it can get completed by August.

Being a customer, what options do I have? I need to get a committed completion and handover date from the builder. How can I get this?

Any pointers will be greately appreciated.
