Allottment of Plot under Oustees Quota in Sector-5 / 6 in Rohtak

Sir, My agriculture land measuring to One acre and Few Square Yards was aquired by HUDA for development of Sectors 5 and 6 in Rohtak Urban area in the year 2002. But I was not offered for a plot under oustees quota. I would like to know what size of plot will be allotted to me and when is it likely to advertise and accept the application on the subject.

I would be highly obliged is I am given this information at the earliest.
