Land encroachment

Sir,

My father is a retired army officer and presently settled in Meerut (U.P.).

Twenty years back he purchased 580 sq.yards plot in Dadri (Gautambudhha Nagar). Since he was serving in army he rarely used to visit the site. Since last couple of years back he found out that part of it has been illegaly encroached (about 95 sq.yds.) and party has started construction. When an objection was raised they threatened him with dire consequences and refused the vacate the plot. An FIR was lodged to this effect but no action has been taken. Subsequently the case was filed in Greater Noida phase II.

The encroaching party has influenced our lawyer also and the lawyer is afraid to even take the stay on thier illegal construction that they are still pursuing.

You are kindly requested to help in this case and help a retired army officer regain his righteous and legal property.
