Delay andowiring the flat

I y.rameshbabu purchased flat A1304.they have promised me that they hand over theflat on march. i have paid the amount of 25 lakhs regarding the same . i am paying the intrest to the banker still now they havent handedover the flat even they are not responding properly.they are paying nominal rent for delay from two months but my intrest for 25 lakhs is more.please do the justice regarding the same.
