Money paid as Margin Money adjusted as Pre Emi Interest Sharing by Builde

Money Paid as margin money to the Builder Indu Projects regarding purchase of apartments in their project Indu Aranya has been adjusted by builder as Pre EMI Interest Sharing. Builder had promised that he will be paying pre-emis however I got know that ceratin money paid to the builder has been adjusted by the builder as Pre EMI Interest sharing.

There was no agreemnt of PreEMI interest sharing between me and the builder. When I asked proof of documentation they are not able to provide none and keeping postponing meeting me.

I am trying to meet them and recover my money; however seems like will have to take legal action.
