Mortgaging of self owned apartments

Ittina Group is the biggest fraudster one can come across. WOnder how have they survived with these appalling business standards. They own no integrity or loyalty to theircustomers and are prompt just to fleece them. Even I have been served a notice by Karnataka Bank since my flat n Akkala is also mortgaged with them. Will filling a complaint with consumer court get my flat freed from the bank? What are other legal options available? Please assist.
