Compensation not given

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am from middle calss family and had dream to buy a home and finally brought home with the monthly emi being paid to the banks. Today I have my flat purchased trhough the Ittina Builder from Bangalore. I have registered my property in 2006 October and In 2010 February I got the apartment.

Builder has promised to pay the compensation and did not pay. finally what the builder has said to me is that If I sign of the Position letter then only they will continue the work and without that they will not. They have took the signature on the stamp paper that they dont owe anything to me.

Is there any way I can fight with the Builder and some one can help me.
