Compensation is not given for the delay in handing over the Apartment

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Flat and Registered in August and till now the Apartment is not handed over with the all the amenities. I have requested for many times and there is no response from the Builder.

I have emails sent many times and Also visited Office and they are not responding on the Delay

Apart from that they have said they will hand over the apartments only if we get the Handover document but we signed document but still they have fooled me.

I am paying 1.4 Lak of Interest against the loan and also I have lost rental income from that property.

I am not understanding where to go and get the help.
