Damage while construction

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been troubled a lot by a builder constructing a building next to my house.

Builder details-

Mr Bunty of

M/s Jagdamba Developers, B-6/48, Sector-11, Rohini, Delhi-89 (mobile-9312261883, 9212261883).

During the construction of the building I had certain damages to my property like-water seepage spoiling the paint of one side of wall, damage to my plastic shed, filthy condition of my terrace and nearby. Though I was assured that once construction is complete all will be repaired and taken care by the builder himself. But till now nothing has been done by him. Construction of the building started approx 6 months back and was over 1 month back but nothing has been done against our damages.

Would request to take up the matter and arrange to recover my damages from the builder else get repaired.
