This is regarding above-mentioned real estate broker. I would suggest that you think 10 times before buying or

selling any flat or shop through him.

The owner, Mr. Nivrutti Phalke (Mobile No. 9422488371), who basically runs general store, does not have basic professional ethics. His attitude towards the customer is very rude, which ultimately shows that he is more of a

grosser than property consultant. He does not provide any support in terms of documentation, other than showing

you the flat / shop.

Buyer or seller has to literary follow up or liaise with the other party.

More over, Mr. Phalke keeps asking for money, under the pre-text of out of pocket expenses incurred in registrar office, even after you settle his brokerage on time.

Go to this broker, in case you don't have any other option. Always be very clear in terms of charges or his fees.
