Please dont buy from Jains

I have purchased a flat from jains sunderbans project @ chennai. when i booked the flat (May) the completion date was dec but they have delayed the project for another 1 and 12 years and till today the project is not complete (April 1st 2011). They are not willing to give any reason for the delay. The Customer service is really poor. They don't answer the call properly. All they want is money from the customer once they receive that they don't care about the delivery. Anyone who has idea of purchasing flats from Jains, my sincere advice is to keep away from Jains and look for better builders. For my future investment in real estate i will not even go with JAINS.
