Poor Quality of Construction

Jains Hosuing Ltd has taken all its Green acres project customers for a ride by providing a substandard quality of construction. There is water seepage in the roof and walls during rains and the car parkings drip with sewage water. There is serious health hazard to children because of this since it becomes a breeding ground for mosquitoes. The electrical network is so poorly done that we feel electrical shocks when we touch the walls. Inspite of a series of complaints to their so called "customer care" (Which does not exist), all the complaints have gone to the deaf ears. They charge premium rates for their projects which are not completed on time and are of poorest quality. There are several forums, Hue and cries but the regulatory system of India needs to waken up and take stern actions against these builders.
