Plot/Flat delivery by Jaipuria real estate

I booked a flat at Jaipuria's NH-24 project in 2007. After 2 year I canceled my booking since there was no progress and filed for refund in May. Jaipuria promised that money will be refunded by Sept. Till date I haven't received any refund. I went to Jaipuria office many time and they made all sorts of excuses... sometime Manger is not is office, or file is pending for Jaipuria's approval etc. Every time you go they are making excuses.

I'm tired of playing cat and mouse game. I am planning to file a case in consumer court and I would like to know how many other cases are like this so that we can file a stronger case and demand initial refund amount with interest on the initial investment.
