The worst servie I have never seen before. I feel the management should teach their staff to behave with customers. they still in third class customer service. I am sure they will loose customers and I will never refer to anyone. I had a terrible experince wth their one of the staff and I really dont know what they think about customers... I am planning to cancel my booking with them.. they just cheating customers
