Delay in completion and handing over of flat

I have given advance payment and agreement done with Janapriya Engineers Syndicate for a 3BHK in Janapriya Metropolis venture in May. At the time of agreement the sales guy has assured to give the possession of flat within 3 months after the loan is sanctioned. Loan was sanctioned and cheque was given to them by the bank authorities in August.

Even to date (08-Mar) there is no concrete date given to me by the builders on when they are going to complete the construction and handover the flat to me. To my surprise there has been little work done to the apartment block over the past 9 months. The status still remains the same and no person from builder responds to the questions I have on the progress.

I keep paying the interest on the loan I have taken from the bank, pay my rent as usual

Urge potential buyers to not to opt Janapriya.
