Hi All,

I've been booked with tower no: KM 30 2BHK on part bank loan with SBBJ: other than the booking/allotment letter plus three other installments, the comapny seems to have gone silent about status of construction and regarding approval documentation processes[ which the the legal department said "goes through phases with the NOIDA authority" my bank clarified that the nationalised banks give approval only once the chain of ownership title is confirmed; such large land tracts are purchased from different farmers/owners; and that SBBJ has been through with that process of approval with JAYPEE KOSMOS part of the project. However, although SBBJ is a susidiary of SBI, the latter, i.e SBI as nodal body said in they do not have tie ups with any NOIDA projects and are more selective about tie ups than their subsidaries for they check every detail to safeguard the interest of the customer and bank which is why they are more cautious about approvals than private sector banks. So, while JAPYPEE customer care needs to be responding to all the above queries that are on public domains for their official email querie site sees no response!

Customers like us who merely blog should have an organised forum sifting and sorting all vaild complaints to address them with accuracy so that they are looked into by Jappee/ Banks.

In the tripartite arrangement between the Builder- Bank -Customer the first two sides are powerful corporations pitted against individual consumers who dont get explanations easily. There needs to be more tranperancy from side of both the builder and bankers!

We all opted for Jaypee as an institution of repute and credibility in mulitple ventures, and trust it responds to whom they wish to serve... All it's Customers!
