Regarding the Payment

Respected Sir,

This is to inform that I booked my flat with Jaypee Greens Project "Aman" of Unit No. N4 1208. I have made demand always on time.

Last time, I have received the demand in December Rs 178500. That I have made 30th December by collection boy Mr. Sanjay Dhawan (9810202276).

After waiting 2 months when I did not receive the receipt of Rs 178500 then I spoke to Mr. Prashant and Ms Nivedita Mukund incharge of CRC Department regarding the payment receipt. They asked the Cheque No of amount of Rs 178500. I gave the cheque number along with HDFC bank statement but they people did not find out my cheque. I was keep writing mail to Ms Nivedita Mukund and Mr Prashant regarding the same but did not receive any feedback.

After 6 month I have received one more demand in June Rs 233875 include late payment charge of Rs 178500 then I speak to Mr. Prashant regarding the same. He suggested that made the payment of Rs 233875 so I have made it in June by collection boy Mr Sanjay Dhawan.

Today I received one more demand in month of September Rs 133875 include late payment charge of 178500 than I speak to Mr. Prshant regarding the same. he suggested made the payment of Rs 133875.

I am very fed up with Jaypee Green and mentally disturbed.

Please suggest what to do.
