Unnecessary demand of Interest

Hi,

I have booked a flat in Jaypee Kassia under subvention scheme. I got Allotment letter alon with demand letter with a date of 12th April. I had sacntion letter from Axis Bank approved but Axis Bank and Jaypee both were not able to disburse the payment as they were saying that tie-up between Axis Bank and Jaypee is still pending. The Tie-up didnt happen until June 10 atleast and now they are asking interest from 12th April to till date. I asked them that whats my fault from 12th April till the date when tieup between jaypee and Axis bank has happened and they are saying that as of now you will have to pay full interest and we will collect the data for customers like you and then send it to Senior Management for adjustment/refund.

I find it very disgusting that they are asking for money which they do not own and are just blackmailing me. I would request people who are facing similar problem to lets unite and decide the next course of action.
