Issuance of Property (Flat)

I booked a flat with Jaypee Noida (KOSMOS) one of their latest projects on Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.

The flat was shown by their channel partners NetAmbit.

The flat that they shown me was confirmed and a cheque of booking amount at the same time, but later on they allotted that flat to someone else. They did not even bother to ask us if they can allot the flat promised to us to anyone else or not.

Later they allotted me another flat which was at a higher level than one I had confirmed.

I need to know the allotment process used by Jaypee Group.

Also I want to know if there is any clarity in allotment done by different channel partners or they can allot whichever flat they wish to and cancel the allotment at any point of time?
