High tension wire behind tower 59

I have booked a flat in jaypee kosmos in tower 59, flat no. 104, 3 bhk plus servant with 1310 sq feet area.

at the time of booking executive tols me that your tower is not accessable right now and he showed me from far distance, later on i came to know that HIGH TENSION wires are going begind our towers.

this is sort of cheating.

i booked the flat in dec keeping in view the JAYPEE reputation, but it seems that they are also not different with other local small builders, who believes in making money and cheating.

i booked this flat with 100% down payment for my personal use.
