Unusual Demand from Buide

I have taken a Plot from Jaypee Builder in Sports City (Yamuna Expressway). Payment Sign-off with Buider was Construction Linked.

Jaypee has send a Demand Note Clubbing 2 Stages of Construction and Demanding 25 % of the Basic Cost within 1 Month of Provisional Allocation Letter being Raised.

Moreover, Builder (Jaypee) is only giving 1 Month to pay a Payment of 6 lacs, this is very Unfortunate.

I request Others to learn from this experience and please Clarify Payment Terms in advance before Investing with Jaypee's

Also, response from Builder is not good enough to reply to any of the Queries raised
