Fraud and cheap builde

Hi,

Recently we bought a flat with Jeni Constructions, Camp Road, Tambaram. The proprietor name Mr. Benjamin.

He is a fraud person having a very cheap mentality.

As a buyer, we are buying a flat for 50 Lakhs but we should never question him regarding his work.

If we do so, he gets annoyed and shouts using bad words.

He employs very cheap labourers and the material which he use for construction is also the lowest quality.

He does not have any experience in this field and treats the buyers itself as slaves (since they have invested money and no other go).

I don't recommend anyone to buy his construction.

He will also never finish the project in specified time.
